Description: On August 7, 2021, Plaintiff was in a bar or liquor establishment owned by a friend of Defendants, including PETER WONG, DANIEL DESALVO when he was arrested seized, searched, arrested and detained by, or at the direction of, defendants Wong and Desalvo. It can be noted that Plaintiff was employed as an NYPD officer from 2013 to 2019 and worked with Defendants. Plaintiff was suddenly attacked by approximately four bar patrons, thus Plaintiff called 911 for assistance. Defendants arrived and wrongfully and with violence arrested despite the fact that he had not committed any crime or violation of the law and had not been accused of such by any identified, credible witnesses.
