Description: On August 15, 2020, Plaintiff was lawfully on the sidewalk when an individual approached Plaintiff and began attacking him outside of his car. Soon after, four to six officers appeared on the scenes. Plaintiff put his hands up, and without warning, defendant officer John Doe slammed Plaintiff onto the ground. Several onlookers informed the officers that the other individual was the one who initiated the violence. Defendant officer John Doe then brought the Plaintiff to the precinct, where they began to repeatedly push the Plaintiff's head on the desk.
