Description: On March 1, 2011, PO DELMONICO chased after two individuals when Plaintiff exited his home located at 418 Chester Street, Brooklyn. Two POs approached the Plaintiff when the Plaintiff laughed after observing the officer’s chase. Seargent RINALDI and POs arrested and transported Plaintiff to an NYPD precinct without reasonable reason. Due to PO’ DELMONICO’s false allegations and false evidence, Plaintiff was prosecuted and imprisoned.
