On or about April 28, 2013, AHEARN was arraigned by a Manhattan Criminal Court judge and charged with the felony offenses of Facilitating a Sex Offense with a Controlled Substance (P.L. §130.90(1) and (2)) and Rape in the Third Degree (P.L. §130.25(1)). During this arraignment, bail was set and AHEARN was held in custody until he was able to make bail on or about April 29, 2013 in the afternoon.
