Description: On August 11, 2022, Plaintiff was lawfully present at her location in Bronw and was not engaged in any unlawful or suspicious activity when Defendants police officer Diallo, Refat and Doxy interrogated, gun pointed, detained, assaulted her, without any legal justification or excuse. Plaintiff was then subjected to illegal,
improper and false arrest, taken into custody, caused to be falsely imprisoned, detained and confined without any probable cause, privilege or consent. As a result, Plaintiff sustained personal, emotional and psychological distress.
