Description: On December 14, 2011, the Family Court of Queens County issued a temporary order of protection ex parte as a result of a petition brought by John Kamamis against the Plaintiff. Before being served with the order, Plaintiff went to Kamamis's home and requested that he open the door. On December 19, 2011, the Plaintiff was served with a summons, petition, and temporary order of protection by the Nassau County Sheriff’s Department. On January 24, 2012, Defendant Officer Ferguson contacted Plaintiff, who denied violating the order of protection.
