Description: On April 1, 2012, Plaintiff was stopped by five police officers after getting off a bus. The officers searched him, telling him it was because of suspicious activity. When he asked the officers for their badge numbers, defendant Officer Smith and another officer threw him to the ground, handcuffed him, and put him in their police van, all without reading him his rights. The officers placed the Plaintiff in a cell. Later that night, the Plaintiff was released from his cell and told he received three tickets. He again asked Officer Smith for his badge number.
