Description: On or about December 6, 2020, plaintiff was passenger in a car driven by his friend when defendants stopped the car and removed plaintiff and his friend from the vehicle. Then defendants handcuffed and arrested the plaintiff and transported them to a precinct. At the precinct, the plaintiff was placed in a cell, where she was held for several hours.
