Description: On February 22, 2021, Trenice Jenkins (Plaintiff) was arrested based upon the investigation and directives of defendants. Prior to plaintiff’s arrest, defendants harassed the plaintiff in multiple occasions. Plaintiff was in custody for a period of approximately 14 hours. A criminal prosecution was instituted against the plaintiff as a result of the unlawful arrest, which was later dismissed in his favor on August 16, 2021.
