Description: At about 8pm, plaintiffs were lawfully inside Cofield's bedroom when police officers blasted open the door leading into the apartment with what appeared to be a gun shot. Upon blasting the door open, said POs rushed into Cofield's apt, pointed their guns at Cofield and ordered Cofield to turn around and raise up his hands. Although he obeyed, Cofield was handcuffed in the back and was forcefully and violently thrown to the ground and ordered to lie face down.
