Description: On September 4, 2020, Plaintiff was a passenger of a vehicle when Police Officers Jake Pom Hoina, Monkia Szwakop, Davianna Edwards, Kevin Beasley and John or Jane Doe 1-10 conducted an illegal search of the stopped vehicle and each occupant, including Plaintiff. Though the search yielded no contraband, the officers arrested Plaintiff and illegally interrogated her in violation of her Miranda Rights. While arresting Plaintiff, the officers grabbed her body and extremities before violently contorting her arms behind her back and affixing handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion.
