Description: On July 10, 2021Defendants police officer GALEN JANSKY arrested claimant and conspired with her landlord to concoct evidence to support what they knew to be a false arrest. Police arrived at his premises claimed they had a warrant for Plaintiff's arrest. Defendants engaged in a forceful and wrongful arrest of Claimant. Claimant was injured and arrested as a result and charged with a number of felonies. The defendants gave false testimony to the grand jury and hid exculpatory evidence.
