Description: On March 14, 2021, at approximately 12:30 AM in the vicinity of Beach Avenue and Gleason Avenue, Plaintiff was walking home from a friend's home when he stopped to speak with some other friends who were out on the street. While Plaintiff was speaking with his friends, defendants Police Officers VELZEZ, BROWN and DOES approached one of Plaintiff's friends and arrested him.
