Description: On July 14, 2017, Wong, principal to Obese Wong LLC, deedholder of the subject premises, filed a false police report that Plaintiff was not a resident of 1769 81st St, Brooklyn, NY but a trespasser. Plaintiff had moved into the premises in February 2015. Defendant officers without a warrant broke into Plaintiff’s apartment. Plaintiff returned to the subject premises to find that his room had been broken into. Plaintiff contacted the NYPD complaining of the illegal breaking and entering without a warrant.
