Complaint
Description: On January 21, 2011 Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested by Defendant Officer Carlin in Staten Island. Plaintiff was transported to the 120th Precinct. Defendant Officer Carlin and Undercover Officer CO146 manufactured false evidence against Plaintiff and swore to it that Plaintiff sold narcotics to The Defendant Undercover Officer on July 15, 2010. Defendant Minca supervised the above named Defendants and DefendantsJohn and Jane Doe 1-10 participated, approved of or oversaw the arrest and prosecution of Plaintiff. The prosecution terminated in favor of the Plaintiff.
