Description: On April 13, 2021, Plaintiff was playing video games at a friends house when Defendant Officers, including ERIC GUTIERREZ and other unknown officers, entered the location and handcuffed Plaintiff and placed him on the ground. Defendants searched the premise and Plaintiff and did not find anything illegal.
