Description: Defendant Officers forcibly entered an apartment where Plaintiffs were overnight guests. Plaintiff 1 was handcuffed on the ground and Plaintiff 2 was forced to stand naked at gunpoint for 40 minutes. Finally, Plaintiff 2 was permitted to put on clothes and both Plaintiffs were taken to PSA 7, held for four hours, before being released without being charged for any offense.
