Description: On February 13, 2019, at 4:30a.m., Plaintiff and his wife were asleep inside of their
room at the Auburn Shelter when defendant officers, including OLIVER MUIR, DAVID RODRIGUEZ, PIERCE, MOLLEUR and other unknown police officers, burst into Plaintiff’s room with their firearms drawn and pointed at Plaintiff and his wife without warrant, probable cause or any legal justification. Plaintiff was then immediately handcuffed and placed under arrest. Plaintiff was informed he was being arrested for a robbery.
