Active or retired NYPD officers – Farije Tonuzi-Sheridan, Juan Tejera, James Grant, Ann Guerin, Hanna Tonuzi Alvarez, Frank Alvarez, Joseph Trischitta, Marco Venezia, and William Masso – assisted in the scheme by committing various unlawful acts.
