Description: On April 28, 2012, PO ALVARRACIN, RODRIGUEZ, ARMISTEAD, COLBY, and JOHN DOE patrolled inside Plaintiff’s Apartment and knocked on the door to turn the Plaintiff’s music down. Even though Plaintiff turned it down, PO ALVARRACIN, RODRIGUEZ, ARMISTEAD, COLBY, and JOHN DOE forcibly entered Plaintiff’s apartment by kicking the Plaintiff’s door, Defendant PO surrounded Plaintiff, forcefully stopped, violently seized Plaintiff and Plaintiff’s music reproduction system without probable cause, arrested, and searched then recovered no contraband or other evidence of crime.
