Description: On March 25. 2021, Ms. Bevline Nembhard (Plaintiff) entered the Sharay's Beauty Salon and Beauty Supply Store for the sole purpose of getting her hair treated and styled. Plaintiff specifically asked her hair stylist, Carleen, for a shampoo and that she wanted extensions sewed on her hair. Plaintiff’s hair stylist, Carleen, removed plaintiff’s weave and began to apply shampoo on her. As Carleen began to apply the shampoo, plaintiff’s scalp began to itch uncontrollably.
