Description: On October 25, 2021, Plaintiff was asleep when a neighbor informed her that a tow truck was in her driveway and was in the process of towing her car. Plaintiff had no idea why her vehicle was being towed and ran downstairs to confront
the tow drive who did not provide any explanation and continued towing the car. Plaintiff had papers indicating that her car had been fully paid inside her vehicle and attempted to get inside the vehicle before er vehicle was towed.
