Description: On April 1, 2012, POs Finley and Granda pulled over plaintiff in an unmarked vehicle. Plaintiff exited his own vehicle at which point POs Finley and Granda began to viciously attack Plaintiff using weapons including a metal truncheon. Plaintiff was unarmed and threatening; furthermore he was never told that he was under arrest. After beating plaintiff, Officers Finley and Granda placed plaintiff under arrest where plaintiff was charged with assault and other crimes.
