Description: On August 10, 2013 Kevin Pino was walking along Liberty Avenue in Brooklyn when NYPD officers including Mark Finelli, grabbed and slammed Pinto the ground. Pinto was kneed in the face; kicked in the legs, arms, and body; cut on his leg; stomped on his right hand; and handcuffed. Pinto’s thumb was broken and fragmented, his leg lacerated, and had bruising, swelling, and abrasions along his head and body. Pinto was transported by ambulance to Brookdale Hospital; he stayed handcuffed and was accompanied by defendants in the ambulance.
