Description: On April 14, 2012, the Plaintiff, an international lawyer, was falsely arrested and beaten outside of a political event by the PO's on the felony charges of a crime. Nearly 24 hrs later, the Plaintiff was released from custody. Six months later, a grand jury voted to dismiss all the charges. On June 12, 2012, the Plaintiff being locked out of his apartment was arrested again on criminal mischief for destroying a door. 24hr later, the Plaintiff was released. Seven months later, a grand jury voted to dismiss all the charges. On January 11, 2012, the Plaintff was arrested in Virginia on the arrest warrant from June 12, 2012. The plaintiff was held in jail for 5 days and released. 17 days later, the bogus warrant...
