Description: On or about May 4, 2013, Plaintiff was brutally assaulted and battered, and shot with a Taser-type stun gun by Officer Loweth. Plaintiff was at the precinct cell due to an I-card complaint that was deemed illegal. When Plaintiff asked for transfer to a warmer area because of a broken window, Officer Loweth told him to "shut the fuck up." In response, Plaintiff asked Officer Loweth if he spoke to his children in that manner.
