Description: On January 20, 2018, plaintiff was ordered out of his friend's car by two plainclothed police officers. Before he could comply, defendant officer pulled forcibly pulled him out. Plaintiff was then searched and struck on the head without warning or provocation by a third officer who arrived at the scene. Plaintiff was then falsely arrested and taken to the precinct where he was strip-searched. Defendant officers then had him falsely charged but all charges were dismissed.
