Description: On January 26, 2012, plaintiff Amanda Mednick was sleeping in her parents home located at 2074, Arthur Avenue, Apt 5E, Bronx New York when the defendants police officers Jeffery Sisco of the NYPD and other members of the NYPD, broke the door to the entrance of the apartment and entered the apartment. Plaintiff, along with her brother, mother and father were handcuffed by the defendants. Police officer Jeffery Sisco searched plaintiff by placing his hands on her back, inner thighs and buttocks. Defendant officer Sisco refused Plaintiff's request to have a female officer search her. As a result of the handcuffs, Plaintiff sustained bruising to her wrist.
