Description: On March 6, 2022 Plaintiff was operating a motor vehicle at stopped at a red light at the intersection of Boston Roach and East 165th Street in the Bronx, when Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff in two unmarked NYPD vehicles, one of which rapidly moved in front of Plaintiff’s motor vehicle, blocking its path without warning lights activated.
