Description: On July 9, 2012, Plaintiff Christopher Misciewicz was falsely arrested and beaten by detectives Angelo Garcia and Darryl Bibbins of the NYPD in Manhattan over a dispute with a taxi driver. Plaintiff alleges that he was handcuffed tightly in addition to false arrest, excessive force, failure to intervene, and malicious prosecution.
