Description: On September 12, 2018, Defendant Detective Mcainjohn and four unknown defendant officers invited plaintiff Sabrina Novick to come to her local precinct to assist in their investigation of package thefts from her apartment building. However, when Ms. Novick arrived, she was led into an interrogation room and accused of being the thief herself. Defendant Detective Mcainjohn and the defendant officers locked Ms. Novick in the room, took away her cell phone, and attempted to coerce her into a confession.
