Description: On October 4, 2012, Plaintiff exited her vehicle to exchange information with a driver that had struck her car. NYPD Officer Bryan White began screaming at Plaintiff to leave. Plaintiff returned to her vehicle without exchanging information. Officer White opened Plaintiff's door and pulled Plaintiff out of the vehicle, throwing her onto the pavement where she struck her head. Officer White then arrested Plaintiff and falsely charged her to cover up his assault.
