Description: On October 19, 2019, Plaintiff was sleeping at his residence where defendant officers kicked in the door and asked him to lay on the ground. That moment Plaintiff mother was in the bathroom. They handcuffed Plaintiff and his mother. Upon arrest they left him outside of his apartment and search the premises. The Officers could not find any illegal contraband. Later Plaintiff was transported to 90th Police Precinct where he was searched, photographed and fingerprinted. He remained at the 90th Police Precinct for approximately 12 hours before being transported to Central Bookings.
