Description: On July 20, 2014, defendants stopped plaintiff, who is paraplegic and wheelchair bound. Defendants dragged plaintiff out of the vehicle and handcuffed him. Defendants transported plaintiff to the hospital and then to the 25th precinct. Plaintiff repeatedly informed defendants of his various conditions and that he needed his medication, adult diapers and his motorized wheelchair. Defendants ignored his requests. Defendant was finally transported back to the hospital.
