Description: On October 4, 2014 three detectives, including PO Suarez, approached Plaintiff and asked if he knew where his sister was. The officers asked to enter the plaintiff's residence. He refused their entry, telling them he would speak to them in the driveway. The officers threatened that Plaintiff would be taken "downtown" if he did not allow entry, so he allowed the officers into his home. The officers then told plaintiff that he was beginning to look like someone in a "video". Plaintiff was then placed in handcuffs and taken to the precinct, where the Plaintiff was further questioned about his sister and placed in a "line-up". Later the Plaintiff was released without any charges.
