Description: On or about June 4, 2021, police officers Liliani Cometta (Shield No. 1826 of the 44th Precinct), Kevin Leonard (Shield No. 6998 of the 44th Precinct), and Andrew Sokolohorsky (Shield No. 7254 of the 4th Precinct) falsely arrested, detained and imprisoned Yordy Delarosa. The officers, acting under the color of law, filed a criminal complaint against Mr. Delarosa, accusing him of assault. They threatened him with the possible use of firearms and physical force. Mr. Delarosa's arrest was made without probable cause or belief that he was guilty of the alleged crimes.
