Description: On June 20, 2013, while Plaintiff was walking on an avenue, NYPD Officer Kevin McMahon and Sergeant Shaun Brown blocked Plaintiff's path with their marked NYPD vehicle and began yelling at Plaintiff from their vehicle. After Plaintiff entered a nearby store, McMahon and Brown exited their vehicle and followed Plaintiff into the store. Inside the store, they used excessive and unnecessary force on Plaintiff and then placed Plaintiff under arrest. (The complaint does not clarify any further details of the force.)
