Description: On January 13, 2011, Plaintiffs were lawfully present inside a business. Defendants Cracco and Doe, who are believed to have been assigned to the Narcotics Bureau Brooklyn North unit, entered the premises and seized and handcuffed both Plaintiffs. Defendants searched the premises, utilizing at least one canine to assist. The search yielded no evidence of guns, drugs, or other contraband in either Plaintiff’s possession.
