Description: On August 4, 2017, plaintiff was lawfully operating his motor vehicle at Milford St and Dumont Ave, Brooklyn, NY. Plaintiff was pulled over by the individual defendants. Plaintiff had not committed any violation or crime necessitating his detention by the defendants. Defendants claimed he had a warrant which was the basis for pulling him over. Plaintiff had no outstanding warrants. Plaintiff was taken to the 75th precinct, then to Central Booking and saw a judge, where he was released on his own recognizance. Plaintiff returned to court 11 times thereafter until all charges were dismissed.
