Complaint
Description: Plaintiff were in their hallway when they saw a man with a gun exit the elevator. Plaintiffs ran back into their house and the man, who was Defendant Officer Maldonado, forcibly entered the apartment along with Officer Akaydin. Defendant Officers arrested Plaintiffs, took them to the 41st Precinct, strip-searched them, and charged them with a felony and three misdemeanors.
