Description: On April 13, 2011, Plaintiff proceeded to take the subway after completing a shift at his work. While in the transfer tunnel, a man in civilian clothes approached him from behind on his left side, reached into his right-side pants pockets, removed a knife without cause or legal justification, and without identifying himself as a police officer, detained Plaintiff.
