Description: On or about May 26, 2021, Plaintiff was experiencing severe stomach pain, decided to seek immediate medical treatment and arrived at the Hospital. Plaintiff told the doctors that he recalled swallowing white tobacco rolling paper when he was in prison and that the object in his stomach was not drugs. Plaintiff consented to a surgical procedure to remove it from his stomach. Upon awakening from the operation, Plaintiff was bound to bed with his hands handcuffed, and his feet bound in shackles with police officers guarding the door.
