Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was taken into custody at the 66th Precinct regarding an alleged assault against his neighbor, arraigned, and RORed with an order of protection. In April, Defendant officers came to Plaintiff's residence saying he violated the order but after investigation checking surveillance they realized that he did not violate it and did not arrest Plaintiff. In July, defendant officers went to Plaintiff's work and arrested him for violating the order again. Charges were dismissed after Plaintiff spent 22 months in jail.
