Description: On November 2, 2017, outside of Borough Hall, Officer Safi and three unnamed officers apprehended Plaintiff Raysor. During the interaction, Plaintiff Raysor was beaten, punched, and assaulted by the officers. The officers then restrained Plaintiff Raysor and dragged her on the ground.
