Complaint
Description: On July 1, 2021, Jamie Mullings (Plaintiff) was at home, sleeping when defendants broke down his door, handcuffed him and arrested him. Plaintiff was then transported to the 63rd precinct and was subjected to a strip search with nothing of an illegal nature was recovered. Plaintiff was also placed into a cell with other males for several hours, and was later released from custody and the arrest was voided.
