Complaint
Description: On October 14, 2019, Plaintiff was taking his garbage cans from his home to the street when he was approached, stopped and seized by police officers Eric Stoll, Salvatore Mattaliano, and Lieutenant Kyong Kim. The officers falsely arrested Plaintiff for allegedly stealing multiple TVs . After Plaintiff was arrested, the officers provided the DA's office with false, misleading and incomplete evidence to support their arrest and charge him with crimes.
