Description: On May 1, 2020, Plaintiff was outside the front door of his residence at 2980 Briggs Avenue #5B in the Bronx, when Defendant Officers went to Plaintiff’s door and asked him is if his name was Saidou Makanera, and if he drove for Uber. When Plaintiff answered in the affirmative, Defendant Officers informed Plaintiff they they were investigating an incident and wanted to question him. Plaintiff offered to answer their questions, but was instructed by Defendant Officers the he had no choice but to go to the precinct with them.
