Description: On or about January 27, 2020, Plaintiff Neal Michael was lawfully within the 67th Precinct las he was directed to appear there and relied upon instructions from Defendants. Defendant Police Officer Jahayra Jimenez illegally stopped, assaulted, confined, unduly restrained, falsely arrested, and falsely imprisoned Plaintiff without justification or provocation and without a warrant. Defendants placed Plaintiff under arrest and falsely charged him with criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of ammunition.
