Plaintiff was coerced and forcefully interrogated by defendant officers which resulted in a wrongly conviction at 60th precinct. Description: On June 18, 1992, Plaintiff found his mother, little sister, and family friend murdered in his apartment. They had been tied up, stabbed, and garroted with electrical cords.
