Description: On February 19, 2014 O’Callaghan was assaulted by a New York City yellow cab driver; the driver fled the scene and P.O.s arrived shortly after. O’Callaghan did not call them. A witness to the incident provided pictures of the cab and driver who had attacked O’Callaghan. Patrolman Guzik stated the driver would be easy to find. FDNY arrived and administered first aid to O’Callaghan. Detective Brian O’Leary was assigned to the case, and over text message stated that they had found the driver who admitted to the crime, but no arrests were made.
